Here is the letter I sent out to the ConantLeadership community today.

Hello!

I want to say thank you. Today is the official release date for my new book, The Blueprint: 6 Practical Steps to Lift Your Leadership to New Heights and I’m grateful to you—the ConantLeadership community.

Thank you for being a vibrant group of leaders and learners who are committed to championing leadership that works.

Thank you for inspiring me again and again to recommit to the work of empowering leaders to serve with greater impact.

Thank you for your dedication to influencing the world around you, your passion for growth, and your vigorous engagement in the leadership conversation.

I wrote this book for you.

My leadership journey was bumpy, slow at the start, and riddled with setbacks. It took me 40 years to condense what I learned along the way into 6 practical steps—from getting fired to ascending to the C-suite, CEO, and chairman ranks of the Fortune 500. I don’t want you to have to go through the same arduous path to real and sustainable breakthrough. And now you don’t have to.

The Blueprint is designed to help you right now—no matter where you are, no matter what resources you have, no matter what you did yesterday. I’m inviting you to step into the power of today.
