This particular book entered my life when I was trying to lead a wonderful but challenging collection of talented individuals at Nabisco. I also found myself sharing this book with an equally talented and diverse collection of leaders at Campbell. Much like the work of Jon Katzenbach, Warren has done a masterful job of acknowledging the challenge of honoring both the individual and the team in a synergistic fashion.
