Who teaches the BLUEPRINT Leadership Boot Camp?
Doug Conant is your personal teacher, coach, guide, and mentor, in this highly personal and interactive elite-level course. A committed and experienced instructor, Doug teaches the entire 2-day program LIVE on Zoom with you and your classmates. This is the only program of its kind that is designed and taught personally—and entirely—by a globally-renowned Fortune 500 CEO.
What level of leadership should participate in the program?
This leadership training is for high-potential leaders at a mid-level manager to VP level. Attendees should have at least one direct report and decision-making influence. We recommend having 2-4 leaders from each company participate. The cohort size is typically 20-30 leaders.
What are the outcomes of the Leadership Program?
Participants will leave with a better understanding of their leadership values and Purpose, a personalized leadership model of their design that they can put into immediate action, and tools and practices that are proven to deliver high performance.
What happens in the Leadership Program?

Is this Leadership Course pre-recorded or live?
This highly interactive course occurs exclusively LIVE on zoom with Doug Conant and a community of your leadership peers. There is no way to access the course once it has taken place and it’s designed to be a special, once-in-a-lifetime immersion into the craft of leadership. BLUEPRINT Boot Camp takes place over two intensive days—with a one day break in between—and includes lecture sessions from Doug Conant, small breakout pods, reflection exercises, lively Q&A, and group discussions.
