Our 2002 report chronicled the first year of progress against our Transformation Plan. “Working the plan” was intended to communicate that we were executing our Transformation Plan largely as it had been expressed the year before and that our plan was beginning to work. We reported our progress against each of the five core strategies we had announced the year before, demonstrating meaningful progress across the board while recognizing that we had much more to do.
We also announced a new Campbell Vision “Together we will do extraordinary things in the workplace and in the marketplace,” solidifying our commitment to winning on both fronts simultaneously.
